Distal (vertical) portion of pubocervical fascia supports urethra and ureterovesical junction and provides backstop against which urethra is compressed during straining, Horizontal portion of pubocervical fascia supports bladder and vagina, Horizontal portion of vagina (anterior fornix), Cervix, Vertical portion of vagina, Urethra, Cardinal (Mackenrodt’s) ligament, Uterosacral ligament, Pelvic fascia and ligaments, Tendinous arch of pelvic fascia.
