Vastus intermedius muscle, Vastus medialis muscle, Vastus lateralis muscle, Articularis genu muscle, Anterior rami forming lumbar plexus, Lumbosacral trunk, Lateral femoral cutaneous nerve, Anterior femoral cutaneous branches, Sartorius muscle (cut and reflected), Saphenous nerve, Infrapatellar branch of saphenous nerve, Medial crural cutaneous branches of saphenous nerve, Cutaneous innervation.
