Intersphincteric groove (anocutaneous line) Internal anal sphincter muscle, Conjoined longitudinal muscle, External anal sphincter muscle, Rectal fascia, Peritoneum (cut edge) forming floor of pararectal fossa, Levator ani muscle and superior and inferior fascia of pelvic diaphragm, Sacrogenital fold (uterosacral in female), Tendinous arch of levator ani muscle, Ischial tuberosity, Pudendal canal (Alcock’s) contains internal pudendal vessels, pudendal nerve, and perineal nerve, Obturator internus muscle and fascia, Iliopectineal line, External iliac vessels, Iliacus muscle and fascia, Sigmoid colon.
