Perforating cutaneous nerve, Pudendal nerve, Gluteus maximus muscle (cut), Piriformis muscle (cut), Superior gemellus muscle, Inferior gemellus muscle, Obturator internus muscle, Fascia covering gluteus medius muscle, Pudendal nerve inside pudendal (Alcock’s) canal, Sciatic nerve, Posterior femoral cutaneous nerve, Iliotibial tract, Adductor minimus muscle, Long head of biceps femoris muscle, Short head of biceps femoris muscle, Quadratus femoris muscle, Dorsal nerve of penis/ Dorsal nerve of clitoris, Sacrotuberous ligament (cut and reflected laterally), Sacrospinous ligament, Ischial spine, Sacrotuberus ligament (cut), Inferior anal (rectal) nerve, Semimembranosus muscle, Semitendinosus muscle, Adductor magnus muscle, Gracilis muscle, Perineal nerve, Posterior scrotal branches.
