Dorsal nerve of penis, Superficial perineal (Colles’) fascia (cut to open superficial perineal space), Superficial and deep branches of perineal nerve, Dorsal nerve of penis (passes superior to perineal membrane), Perineal nerve, Pudendal nerve, Pudendal canal (Alcock’s) (opened up), Obturator fascia (of obturator internus muscle), 

Piriformis muscle, Coccygeus muscle Ischial spine, Pudendal nerve, Levator ani muscle, Obturator internus muscle, Inferior clunial nerves on gluteus maximus muscle, Perforating cutaneous nerve, Inferior anal (rectal) nerves, Anococcygeal nerve, Sacrotuberous ligament (cut), Posterior scrotal nerves, Perineal nerves, Superficial, Deep, Posterior femoral cutaneous nerve, Perineal membrane (cut to show neurovascular structures on superior aspect of perineal membrane), Dorsal nerve of penis (continuation of pudendal nerve supplying muscles on superior aspect of perineal membrane).
